Won something for the studio iv been after for a while...........

He wanted £15 P+P...but i use my own DHL account ao i can get nextday tracked insured for £6.64........

I emailed him before i won to check if this was ok for me to use my courier.....and made out im doing him a favour as he didnt need to go to the trouble to post it...........

Iv payed the item price 2 days ago and im still awaiting him to give me his address so i can book the collectiom................

Hes got a 2 feedback and i used Paypa so atleast im covered.........

3 days now and 3 e-mails sent......still no reply.......

I use a 3 strikes and your out pollacy so if hes not responded buy tommorow morning im taking action.........

Iv now got his private e-mail address from the Paypal transaction so iv sent him the 4th request for his details...

If iv heard nothing by Monday im filling a disput againt him...........

Iv now opened a dispute againt him...but i dont expect him to reply as iv heard nothing since the 16th when i Paypaled him the money........

If hes still not replyed by the 23rd Sep i can escalate the dispute to a claim which Paypal will make a decision on to a refund..............

Thing is tho...id rather have the item as i won it for £25 were as others go for £40/50..........

Well...hes not replyed to the e-mails from me or Paypal to the dispute i logged against him iso v now ecalated the matter to a Claim....

This means the matter is now out of his hands and Paypal will make a decission on 3rd October to offer me a full refund...........

maybe he's just anti-duck?

Beginning to feel an itch to get back on there actually.. I quit bothering with the place around the time they messed about with the feedback system but I might take a fresh look

I stopped dealing on ebay but I didn't stop collecting the bubblewrap and cardboard boxes 

This is the first and only problem iv encounterd with paypal and ebay in over 5 years with 2 accounts....but in all fairness its the seller thats the problem...............

OMG......Its just turned up at my house................

Hes payed the £8.94 postage and sent it yesterday when we agreed id have my DHL courier collect it from him on my account........

All the emails ive sent him havent been returned so i know hes had them as we were corisponding before i payed him.......

Could this be due to the action i and Paypal have taken against him?....

Does he even know iv been e-mailing him and action has been taken against him..........

Hes never e-mailed me or Paypal to resolve the matter as it would be in the dispute notes..............

Iv just got this e-mail of Paypal...........


So if hes reponded to the Paypal request why didnt he respond to any of my e-mails and avoid the action iv taken.........

because he's a pratt???

ANYWAY...Paypal have canceled the claim because hes supplyed them with the tracking numbers and that proves he posted the item....

I"v e-mailed him asking about the P+P "HE" payed as its me that should be paying it.....but as usual iv had no reply..........

so now what feedback do i leave?................

It took over a week to arrive.....and no contact since i payed so i had to file a disput with Paypal.....we agreed beforhand i can arrange it to be collected on my DHL account but he decided to send it at his expence.....

Im 100% happy wih the item but 100% not with his service.............
