Why don't you download the free version of Avast?   It really is the best.   It runs all the time and catches anything trying to invade your pooter

if you haven't a social worker try your docs or even sefton carers say you need a referral to an OT :)

ok to gain a shower you will need an occupational therapist, who will come and meet you and check out your house

now the tricky bit is getting the OT.

If your child has a social worker you can ask them for a referral, or ask your doc or consultant

peeps really clued up on this are sefton carers if you give them a ring

Probably not cheap when all's done - not only the cost of the thing itself, but then maybe also installation of a high current feed, then testing & certifying to part P / latest edition of the electrical regs.. could end up with changes to the board being needed depending on what's already there.. not as easy a DIY job as it once was. If you can get it done without having to dig into your own pocket it'll be well worth it ;)

I find our OT very helpful. We just had a couple of locks and a spy hole on my living room door and some stuff on the window so he can't break it.
Good luck
