It's free because it's a bit past it's best TBH
As a sofa it's very comfy, but slightly grubby (see pics)
All metal bed frame, a bit creaky & the mattress is dodgy, though to be fair it's only a big piece of foam with a cloth cover so it could probably be replaced quite easily/cheaply.
Might suit a kids' playroom or a summerhouse??

The seat covers & arm-rest covers can be taken off & washed, but the back cushions can't.

It's bl**dy heavy for it's size - 140cm wide, 80cm high & 80cm deep - & has castors to make it easy to move.
You'd need a van to move it & some muscles to get it down the stairs & out of the house
