Was just waiting at the cash machine at little tesco's and my card has just practically snapped in 2.....its held together by about half an inch at one end gif Luckily it still worked in the machine.

Problem is now bank isn't open til monday to go in and order a new one and we go away next saturday ...I hope the new one arrives before then gif

It normaly takes 5 working days so you shouuld be ok.....or call the Customer services number of the bank now......that will speed it up....and be sure to tell them you need it ASAP...... gif

I did think about phoning them but last time I did they asked for the password i used when i set up telephone banking....and didn't have a bloomin clue what is was gif

If you dont know the password tell them and they will ask you  other questions only you will know.......... or ask for a password clue.....also known as secret question....gif

sorted gif luckily old card is just about in one piece and is valid for 25 days....new card can take up to 7 working days

If its not snapped accross the magnetic strip of chip it will still work......if its bad put some selotape on it to stop it geting worse baing carefull not to cover the chip or strip................... gif
