Aw cheers HC

maybe its me what do you guys think............

this guy comes does my grass and edges usually with a young lad and charges me £40

Every time he comes he empties grass cutting from the back of his van into my green wheelie bin.

He arrived here about three weeks ago did the same half filled the empty bin with grass cutting then said looks like it could rain i will come back to do yours in the week.

He only bothered coming back this week by this time my grass was really long and admittedly he did do a good job, but later that evening i opened my grey wheelie bin

it was full to the top with plastic bottles, part of a wire fence, some kind of floor covering.  A pair of damaged shears and a really massive rubble sack.  He never asked was this ok but i would of told him it wasn't.  Plus he lives in Crosby so he knows the score about the fortnightly collections and what can and can't go in the bins.  To me he is now extracting the urine and i don't intend allowing him in my garden or near my bins again, i am stuck with all his rubbish now  gif

Is the bin at the front or thae back of your property?

If its at the front I'd call the police and report it as fly tipping in your bin (play stupid and don't let on) get the crime number and then call sefton - they may empty your bin for ya if you deny all knowledge gif

Cheeky sod.  £40 sounds really expensive as well.
I agee with Groovy - report it as fly tipping.
