Why is it as soon as they are mentioned noone has a good word to say about them gif

It seems everyone has had a bad experience but I have to say I have never had a problem with them , they are always very polite and helpful when i phone to change something(a regular occurence as childcare goes up in the hols)  Smiley

Whats your experience of them gif

We never get anything so i sent for the forms. I sent them off and we got a reply each. The tension mounted as we read you are entitled to £5000. THEN minus blah blah blah. £10 65 a week i get. I'm cock a hoop gif I thought its not worth the hassle of applying again, but it said on the form if you don't you owe us all the money already paid! So its not changed my life.
We can't claim the money for Ry staying on at school because my husband earns over the limit. So much for working for a livng.
I've been told he can claim income support but i'm not holding out any hope.

i'm just bitter

they told me i hadn't been awarded enough disability premiums, then this year as i renewed they decided they had paid me to much

so now they are deducting it from my payments
