what keeps you going obviously my kids, but thats also tough i don't get hugs people on line ( i don't get out much), and my faith and the people that faith has brought into my life ( i sound like a christian  ) but i have been battleing with depression lately, and christmas fast approaching isn't helping. Then i got this beautiful message that someone is thinking of me and is going to light a candle for me tonight. |

That's a lovely thing to do for you Hubbie and kids get me by but with things they way they are at the mo I don't always want them to see how I'm feeling  Work is a big therapy for me Friends On here helps too  Think you have to keep yourself strong too, sometimes you have to be strong to keep going day to day  |

To be honest what keeps me going is
my kids
hope that there's gud in all people (i get a bit too affected when reality bites)
learning new things each day
and just surviving the day
but to be honest this site has given me some real gud friends that i know i can trust, gud friends that listen, tell me off give gud advice then laugh at/with me, real true friends, u guys on here know who u r, ur my therapy, I'll raise a glass of water to u (at mums and she doesnt really drink) and when icecream man finally comes round and i rush to hobble to him, i'll raise my 99'er to all good friends and those of u who help me protect me from myself xx (chin up cas I'm here if u wanna talk and if its my fault shout at cos i prob deserve it lol) x
