Had a bit of a twinge yesterday but trying to turn over in the night was agony and then trying to get out of bed, wow gif

Really hurts to bend down but taken some ibuprofen and it seems to be easing and getting easier to move.

Not sure if it's a nerve thing, won't be much getting done round here today gif gif

You ever try that spray-on heat spray stuff, stinks a bit, but I find it's good.. it's like, mentholly type stuff.. think one brand might be ralgex or something.

Many moons ago when I was working in a factory installing power cable, we had a drum come off it's cradle, it was one of those massive wooden affairs.. started rolling off down the factory floor toward several million quids worth of pizza oven - guess which joker decided to try and grab hold of it  gif

Gave me a right wrench to the hip, comes back and haunts every now and then - but the heat spray stuff works wonders on it  gif think it's got a sort of relative of aspirin in it
