Are there any other horse lovers or owners out there.

I bought my first horse 3 years ago (I was almost 40 at the time).  I love her to bits. Betty is a bay Standardbred and the best ever horse in the world

Cas, she just suffers a bit in summer with mosquito bites, so we put cream on her.  The flies are bad, so they wear a mesh fly mask during the day.  Heaps of trees in the paddock, so it's shady and cool.

The girl I bought Betty off, actually saved her from the dog food factory.  She was only 5 when i got her.

Thanks Chaos....I've never had riding lessons.  I just hold on and hope for the best....heeeheee.  Like the time when crossing a ditch full of water and to my amazement she jumped it.  It's amazing how strong your thigh muscles become....THANK GOD..... gif
