As some of you know I suffer quite badly with migraines :frownie: but it dawned on me recently that I haven't had one for over 2 months :dunno:

Thats the longest I've gone without having one in years :mexicanwave:

I keep getting really bad headaches ... if I bend down my head starts thumping, they start about 3pm and last until I go to bed.

I think we need Health & Safety to come into the office I swear it because its too hot in the office by mid afternoon.

asda affect me sometimes think its the lights i go in an absence kind of thing

took my tablets as soon as my eyes started to go .... vision is back properly now so hoping I've headed it off....only got 2 youngest today and had promised we'd go out for lunch then up to my parents

Started with another at school today oly to find I didn't have my tablets with me :frownie: so by 12.30 was crying with pain and got sent home :redface:

managed a couple of hours sleep until I had to pick the boys up.

gonna put on here when i have one then I can keep track of them  :)-
