I've only suffered with migraines in the past 2 years, never had a problem before that.  Not had one myself for about a month, but once I have one I seem to have a few weeks where I get them constantly, makes drivng impossible as I can never properly see past the oily puddles that appear.  Mine give me a white patch in my vision just before it starts, then the oily puddles then the pain from hell.

Hope your feeling better!

i suffer with them really bad too hun have one most days not good

even been to see neurologist to see if ive actually got a brain and these migraines aint shrivelled it up lol

Ive tried all different medications with no luck. But i go with the same rules that epileptics live by. I dont have blue lights near me eg LED ones, esp blue christmas lights as blue lights are apparently a massive trigger to cause a migraine.

hugs to all migraine sufferers

hey hun, hows your migraines doing?

I am having a really bad spell of them at the moment, constant head pain and silly lines on a daily basis for over 2 weeks now!  Getting up in the morning and taking anadin before I even get out of bed to try and take some of the edge off it.  Cant stay onine long either as it just makes things worse, so having to nip in and out to keep up to date.
