This has oppened up where Elements used to be on Ocean Plaza. Its an all you can eat buffet chinese restaurant.

There's plenty of choice including duck and pancakes,2 soups, ribs etc for starters.

Lots of different mains with fried rice, boiled rice or noodles.

and finally dessert is gateaus, fruit or ice cream(or all 3 if your greedy like me :really: )

Prices are cheaper than elements but dearer than other buffets at town restaurants.Sundays are £9.95.
Other prices vary from £5.95 for lunchtime to £11.95 for friday and saturday night.

We thoroughly enjoyed it and found most of the food was hot. They were a little slow at refilling some of the food but apart from that I would recommend it

Does it look like a proper Chinese restaurant or still like a school canteen like elements was?  :dunno:

I've heard the owners of "The Grand Palace" also own this one, not sure if it's true though.

We ate here on Boxing Day.
Lovely place. Much more atmospheric with warmer furniture than when elements owned it.
The Real China are a chain of chinese buffet restaurants around the country.

It was a nice relaxed atmosphere, soft drinks are refillable, from a drinks machine, you just help yourself.

The Crispy Peking Duck was outstanding, not a vast array of starters but fab desserts.

As we went in the evening it was the full £11+ for adults, cheaper for children - but it was definitely value for money.  We will definitely be eating there again!
