I have tried clicking on a combination of different tiles but can't work out what to do?  gif

Hints and tips please.

You have to swap symbols (click on the 2 symbols you want to swap) over so that there are 3 in a row (up or down) and You have to get get rid of the highlighted squares by making a row including the highligted square. Does that make sense gif
