just had new mixer taps fitted in the bathroom.

dodgy plumber who originally plumbed up the house.. grrrr.. he fed the cold side with mains pressure, and the hot side with tank pressure.

and the header tank for the hot water has a blocked overflow. we find out now. sat here enjoying a swimming lesson in the front room.

new mixer taps sent the high pressure cold, rather than into the bath.. up into the loft, whereupon niagra falls happened  gif
