Me mobile contract is up next month.......so why re-new if am happy with the mobile and taffif i have?........................Dont need to.............

But....But....But....i only went and knock a cup of coffie all over it last nighgt........................ gif

Switched it of,batterie out,put in in the airing cubard over night...................... gif

Then i decided to switch it on.................. gif

Its ok-ish...but is dialing number out the contacts list at random............. gif

Must be the caffine rush its had....................... gif

So im gona give it a good wash under the tap and dry it off agin.....................if that dont work ,looks like il be taking up the upgrade offer after all................

P.S....if you start to get calls of me at 3 am its the mobile playing games...........nothing to do with me............

I meant don't do what seems obvious by warming it to dry it out, cold is the answer, fridge or freezer.

An IT man told me this with computer parts long ago, my lads mp3 player thingy went through the washing machine, I sorted it that way. gif

Crossed wires here mate, by all means wash the coffee and sugar out of it with hot water, what I meant was dont put it in the warm airing cupboard to dry it, use the fridge/freezer, that will dry it out without damaging it, the warmth does damage the inside if you try to dry it out that way.

Rain water or bottled, distilled water if possible..

Maybe it's not as much of a problem where you are but the water here is so full of lime it's untrue, and it gets under the chips and shorts the pins out, and then dries hard, still shorting the pins.

The only way I can clean electronic boards here is by using 68p bottles of distilled water for steam irons, available from the supermarket.. or water out the greenhouse water butt if it's clear enough
