I have just discovered y my O2 bills are astronomical accordingly to O2 'Unlimited' does not mean Unlimited it actually means 'LIMITED to 1000',
can some1 please show me the dictionary that shows this different meaning just by putting an asterisk stating see terms and conditions apply, I'm a single mum on maternity leave so I'm a bit cheesed off at O2 right now, gonna take kids in shop on Saturday and let them play with all the phones and throw a right mummy strop!

well i never two emails to O2 I've had an apology and the extra money creditted to next bill, seems theyd applied a free unlimited o2-o2 bolt on instead of unlimited texts, well if the credits applied thanks u o2 now thats what i call customer service!
