Just had to phone them as there is no sign of my school uniform grant arriving and the kids go back to school next week.....its still being processed  :ahem:

If I didn't need the grant I wouldn't apply for it and its riidiculous that they can't even process them in time to actually buy the uniforms.....then it'll take however long for the blooming cheque to clear :slap:

I could understand it if I'd sent it late but posted the form before term had ended.....I've already spent over £200 on unifroms and still got shoes to buy yet  :gasp:

I`ve just phoned them about my parking ticket. I`ve appealed it as I had paid and displayed at Dunes but it must have blown out so I sent them a copy of the parking ticket refund. Was worrying though cause not heard back and after 2 weeks from issue it costs you £50 instead of £25. She said they`ve received everything and because it`s an appeal I won`t have to pay £50 after the decision????
